Thank you Nick for making these kits available stateside. Makes things alot easier getting them shipped to your residence in the USA. Nick was able to provide same day shipping when he received my order!

First thing I did was get the bike cleaned up.

Then I laid out all the goodies that came in the box!!!!

I decided to start with the easy stuff first... the shark fin... Triumph has two tabs already on the swing arm ready for a shark fin...so just a straight forward bolt on!

Everything included for the fin...installation instructions are provided with each part

Next on the list was the rear spools....

Installed!

Next thing to do is remove the fairing for both sides in preparation for the install of the sliders and covers.

Each cover comes with the needed hardware to install. It does not replace all the original bolts... just remove the ones required.

Clutch cover

Do not over tighten the bolts. They give torque specifications for each cover bolt....

Next was the tranny cover and pulse cover.... same deal only remove the bolts required to install the cover.

The trans cover to a little bit of persuasion to get seated correctly... it gives a bolt order to tighten. I found that I need to get the left side bolts started first because of the tight tolerances next to the frame.

Next on the list was the frame sliders. These require you to remove/replace the engine mount bolts with the supplied hardware.

I started on the right side first. The rear engine mount bolt came off great. The front bolt wanted to strip out... then I realized the bolt had a nut on the back side. The radiator and fan are in the way so I removed the upper/lower bolts from the radiator mount and just pushed the radiator/fan assembly forward to give me room to put and extension and socket on the nut.

Once the bolts were removed the slider mounts were installed. The radiator assembly were reattached. Then the fairings remounted. All in all the install went quickly and easily. I love the finish look and the peace of mind to have crash protection finally!

Check out the fit and finish!

The replacement slider bolts....

No cutting required!

Close tolerances!

Everything all put back together!!!

Thanks again Nick for all your help in making this possible!
